What are DTF transfers and how do I apply them?
Direct to Film (DTF) transfers are high-quality heat-press transfers that can be applied to any fabric or color. To apply, press at 300-320°F for 12-15 seconds with heavy pressure, let it cool completely, peel the film, and finish with a 5-second post-press.
What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Standard processing time for our custom DTF transfers and graphic tees is 2-4 business days. High-volume orders may take longer, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
For the best print results, we require high-resolution (300 DPI) transparent PNG files. We also accept SVG, AI, and PDF formats. Please ensure your background is removed before uploading.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large apparel orders?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for both our DTF transfers and finished apparel. The more you order, the more you save. Please contact our support team for a custom quote on orders exceeding 50 units.
What is your return policy on custom items?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom DTF transfers and printed tees are non-refundable. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost.
How should I care for my dBoldTees apparel?
To ensure the longevity of the print, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry, and never iron directly over the printed design.
